With the purchase of any of our packages you can look forward to stunning, professional, watermark-free photographs to use in your listing(s). We will photograph all of the spaces in your rental property, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, shared living spaces, kitchen, and dining, and will include detail shots of special décor or amenities offered to guests.

To the best of our ability we will try to accommodate requests for a "Hero Shot". This is often used as the front page photo and provides that "wow" factor that makes your listing stand out from the rest! Examples of "Hero Shots" include:

a cozy bedroom suite that looks out onto a breathtaking view

an impressive chef's kitchen

a rustic stone fireplace surrounded by cozy and inviting furniture

**Drone photography is only available in locations where air space is not restricted. Variables such as heavy tree cover, proximity of neighbors & roadways may impact decisions about which photos are taken.
How is STR Photography different from Real Estate Photography?
Investing in Your Listing
The photos used in MLS listings for Real Estate sales come with one-time use licenses for the duration the listing is active. Once the property sells, the photos can no longer be used. Promotional value is therefore greatly reduced. Real Estate photos are also water-marked with the photographer's logo.
Using photos on your Short Term Rental's (STR) website or listing service means that you will be given an exclusive, limited, non-transferable, royalty-free, perpetual license of the photos. Because they will be used for promotional & marketing purposes for an indefinite amount of sales and for an indefinite amount of time, they are worth more than MLS photos. Our photos also come with no watermarks.
